Thanh, Lee and the team were as professional as can be. They were on time and contacted me when they arrived as I had requested. It was their first time in our office and they were thorough to check EVERYTHING connected to what they were inspecting before they touched/tested anything. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by how detailed, informative, professional, and quick they were. So glad we switched over to Guardian Fire!

We had our annual Fire Alarm Inspection and Test today. It was performed on time and without any issues. The engineer did a great job; he was well presented and extremely polite.

He has been coming, and he is friendly and does a great job of adjusting to our needs; however, the scheduling team has not been on the same page, so we are having a not-so-good experience with our appointments.

IF Chicago leaves Guardian protection, I will follow whatever company he transfers too. he is the most professional service guy that you ever employed. Keep him and the DAR will continue to use your service. THANK YOU
