We had a fire alarm system trouble during the rain storm and called out for emergency service. It took a little bit to call in for after hour service,. However, service technician was dispatched promptly. Chicago came to the property and was able to resolve the issue quickly. Fortunately for us, Chicago was familiar with our system from previous service calls. He is upmost professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!
