You came out for our alarm and sprinkler inspection on 7/2/20. You found several problems, and I let you know our people would repair some of them, and gave you approval for the other items on 7/24//20. i got a notice about violations pertaining to the fire protection form Howard County on 10/12/20, before you came out to fix what I told you to fix. You did not respond to my 7/24 approval until 10/16/20, after you reported me to the Howard County fire marshal. then when you came out, you didn't have the correct parts to fix the pull panel in the wash bay. You said you would come back with the correct parts, it has been a week, and it still isn't fixed. Lousy customer service!!!!!
